Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across our production departments in San Bernardino, CA. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll drive operational excellence by improving KPIs, developing your team, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards.
You’ll work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams—including quality, warehouse, maintenance, and sanitation—to solve problems, improve efficiency, and maintain a high-performing production environment. What You’ll Own & Impact - Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant workplace and foster a safety-first culture
- Ensure USDA, HACCP, and GMP compliance across all production activities
- Lead, coach, and develop line leads and production staff
- Optimize staffing levels, manage labor efficiency, and minimize overtime
- Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and address equipment issues
- Drive daily output to meet production goals while ensuring product quality
- Oversee documentation for safety, quality, traceability, throughput, and yield
- Participate in and lead training initiatives, including the development of S.W.I.s
- Actively engage in plant leadership meetings and process improvement initiatives
- Serve as a backup to Line Leads or Production Team Workers as needed
- Collaborate with HR and the Production Manager on hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions
What Sets You Apart - Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in food production
- Strong understanding of USDA, food safety, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing and labor optimization
- Effective communicator with strong conflict resolution and coaching skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Results-driven with a team-first mentality and a hands-on leadership style

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our San Bernardino, CA production facility. Flexibility for shift coverage, including potential weekend or off-shift work, is important for success.
